Since early 2026 LexiQamus has been open to every university in Turkey and Northern Cyprus under the national TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL license.
On the campus network no account is needed; off campus, a one-time registration with a .edu.tr address is enough. No VPN or proxy required.
